When the American players are moved by any gambling operator to some other site, they are generally saved from the unwanted spasm of their money in case the eyes of the US authorities get turned to any picky website. Of course the superior entity is also assisted in terms of its insulation.
Cake Poker utilizes an EU domain but the US authorities cannot take away the name of their domain or shut it down for the time being as per the ruling. A .com domain is still being used by Juicy Stakes poker, so after shifting of the players, the plug on the domain could be pulled instantaneously in technical terms.
The US players will no more be entertained by Cake Poker which has declared that on 27th of this month their existing clients would be shifted to Juicy Stakes Poker. The former said that loyalty levels, gold chips and balances of the gamblers would also be transferred to their respective accounts with Juicy Brand.
Hilife Poker, Fugu Poker and Colt Poker -the three skins under Revolution Poker Network owned by Jennifer Larson would join cake and consequently their American players too would be shifted over to Juicy States Poker.
Shifting of American players by Revolution Poker Network of Jennifer Larson from a considerable safe EU domain to a .com is beyond one’s understanding.
Before Larson took the reins of Cake Poker, it did not enjoy any good status but has improved considerably after the same. Cake’s clients other than from the US may be attracted by Lock Poker on the Revolution Network. Moreover, the not-so-strong non-US client base of Cake Poker, i.e. approx 20-25% may not suffice for a good support for the company.
Possibly, Jennifer Larson could move the American players to some other operator. It is hoped that Larson’s own group or Bryce Geoffrey may be considered for insulation her Revolution network from the feds.
