Monte Carlo appointed Patrick Miller as its general manager for the Strip resort where he has already served for five years in casino functions. On Friday, the declaration about appointment was made by MGM Resorts International. He has been appointed in place of Anton Nikodemus who was appointed as president of casino marketing for MGM Resorts the previous month.
Before his services as vice president at Monte Carlo, Miller worked on the post of vice president of marketing at Mandalay Bay. He started his profession as a clerk at The Mirage in 1995 with MGM Resorts.
